In times of a crisis, or business unusual, ongoing information is critical. Keeping your workforce in the know about business decisions, what to do next and how to operate in different situations reduces anxiety, builds trust and goes a long way to keeping up productivity. But it can also be overwhelming and not every message is relevant to all employees. Reach allows you to schedule your messages and build audiences so that your messages remain relevant and reach your employees at the appropriate time.

Reach allows for spot polls and quick feedback so you can pulse check your workforce and know how they are doing, what they need and how you can help. 

  • Will this platform always be free?

    There are overhead costs associated with hosting your communications on our cloud servers, as well as additional security features and authentication which we are prepared to cover until the WHO no longer declares the COVID-19 a health crisis in your country.

  • How quickly can I deploy Reach?

    We can begin deployment of an environment for you as of April 1, 2020. If you have Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and/or Slack, integration takes minutes. There is intentionally very little load expected for your IT or internal partners. If your users & audiences need to be uploaded via CSV, we can help you there and import within a couple business days.

  • Am I going to need to chase employees to download apps and software?

    This is one of the beauties of Reach. Your end users download absolutely nothing. All they need to do is set up a profile and choose their preferred channels (email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or SMS). Just like that you’ll reach your audiences wherever they prefer to receive information, faster and more efficiently than ever before.

  • What redundancy or failover do you have for your servers?

    We are currently developing a next stage infrastructure that adheres to the well-architected framework and security best practices of SOC II. We leverage a container orchestration system to support the scalability of different services based on number of end-user requests, and run container workloads for high availability. This will be completed end of this month, which is why Reach is available as of April 1, 2020.

  • What security precautions do you have in place?

    We also use best practices to encrypt and secure all communication plus the management of associated tokens in our environment. For specific channels like email, we’ve implemented standards like DKIM and SPF to control our domain reputation and reduce spoofing risks.

  • Is there a way to create and send a message from mobile?

    We developed Reach to be user-centric for everyone involved, internal communicators and users alike. It’s entirely mobile responsive. Just as users can control the channel they receive communications on, you can control where and how you wish to message them. The platform is device agnostic and adapts nicely to any screen size.

  • How do I know my message has been seen?

    From the Reach activity dashboard, you can see the completion rate, average response time, as well as the channel breakdown and even trigger a manual reminder to those who have not completed. Additional data includes when it was sent, when the next reminder will be occur (if an action is required) and the due date plus any quick poll or feedback you’ve solicited with the message.
